SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING ON EVERY ORDER

All orders ship free within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders leave our US facility within 24 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME

Standard delivery within the United States takes 3 to 5 business days after your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. VitaJoint is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.

PO BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES

We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States. Delivery to these addresses may take additional time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, VitaJoint ships only within the United States.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us at vitajoint2023@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at vitajoint2023@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
