60-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

Take VitaJoint for a full 60 days. If the stiffness has not eased and you cannot feel a real difference in how you move, contact us for a full refund. You do not need to send the bottles back.

The 60-day period begins on the date your order is delivered.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, email us at vitajoint2023@gmail.com with your order number. Our US-based support team processes refunds.

Once your refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.

- Multi-bottle bundle purchases (Buy 2 Get 1 Free, Buy 3 Get 2 Free)

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, opened, or you received the wrong item, contact us at vitajoint2023@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order before it ships, email us as soon as possible at vitajoint2023@gmail.com. Orders that have not yet left our facility can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return policy above.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your Automatic Refills subscription at any time with no cancellation fee. Email us at vitajoint2023@gmail.com to cancel. Cancellation takes effect before the next scheduled shipment.
